Room was spotless and warm. Had a mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer and iron in the hallway if required. The bed was very comfy so great night sleep had. Shower was good aswell. Never ate there so can’t comment on that but enjoyed my stay here
When we arrived at this hotel, I've got be honest, there was a fish tank on the reception desk and it was filthy green, it didn't fill me with confidence, I had asked specifically for a downstairs room as my husband has poor mobility and was given the keys to an upstairs room. However within 10 mins the lady from the desk came to our room and offered us downstairs, however we declined as we'd already unpacked. Our room was clean, spacious and a big comfy bed. Ensuite was also clean and adequate size. Breakfast was fine but don't expect lashings of choice and all vegetarian. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We would go back but get rid of the aquarium if you don't have time to clean it. Location good if you have a car.
This is a very different hotel as it is a vegetarian hotel. I hadn’t realised this when I booked but I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast of yogurt and berries. My room was spacious and staff helped to ensure my cycle was stored safely. Unusually I counted 16 sockets in my room!! Some in unusual positions. Normally there are never enough!!! The hotel is quite far out of the town centre but it is in a very quiet residential area.
Appreciated the service. I checked out a bit early then my job was delayed. I phoned back and they let me back into the room to chill till normal check out time. Friendly staff and nice rooms.
